Art commissions
イラストのご依頼
ご要望をお伝えいただく前に依頼者様の方でイラストのイメージだったり参考資料（キャラクターのデザイン、ポーズ、色…等々）をご用意していただけると大変助かります。具体的なイメージが浮かばない場合は一緒に色々考えてイラストを作っていきましょう☺️
ご依頼のご要望と併せてイラストの用途と納品するイラストの公開とサンプルとしての使用の可否もお伝えください。
References of the character, pose, facial expression, objects, colours...etc. are greatly appreciated. When commissioning me, also let me know whether you are ok with me potentially posting or using your commissioned piece as a commission sample.注意事項 (T&Cs)：
ご依頼いただいたイラスト作品の著作権は、私 くし に帰属します。
Copyrights belong to kushi.最終的な納品物に採用されなかった制作物の所有権及び使用権は、私 くし のみに帰属します。
Ownership and usage rights of all drafts and non-final illustrations belong to kushi.版権キャラのご依頼は受け付けておりません。
I do not accept commissions of copyrighted characters.キャラクターイラストのご依頼で、ほぼ全身写っている状態の場合、全身イラストの料金が適応されます。
If the composition of the commissioned piece includes nearly the full body of a character, the full body character option will be added to the price.ご依頼を途中でキャンセルされる場合、途中まで描いたイラストは納品致しません。また、返金対応も致しませんのでご了承ください。
If you wish to cancel the piece midway through the commission, I will not submit the half finished piece. I also will not accept any refund requests.ご依頼の修正は基本無償で行いますが、極端な回数の修正をご要求いただく場合は一回につき500円の追加料金を要求させていただく場合がございます。
I will make modifications to the finished product upon request for free. If I feel that there are too many requests, an additional cost of 500JPY will be requested.
イラストを使用する時に守っていただきたいこと：
納品したイラストの自作発言はおやめください。
Please do not claim commissioned pieces as your own work.納品物をAI写真化やイラスト化アプリやソフトに通すのを禁止します。用途に合わせての画像のクロップや、上から文字を書き足す等の改変はご自由にしていただいて大丈夫です。
Please do not put my art through AI art/photo softwares to train the software or make any alterations. Other alterations such as cropping and adding text according to your needs are allowed.ご依頼いただいたイラストは個人利用の範囲内であれば自由に使用していただいて結構です。
You are free to use the commissioned piece freely as long as it is for personal use.ご依頼いただいたイラストをSNSに投稿していただいても大丈夫です。投稿時に私のX(旧Twitter)の本垢のリンクまたはIDや名前をご記載頂けると大変ありがたいです。
When posting commissioned pieces on social media sites and such, if possible please give me credit by writing my name and/or main X(Twitter) account link or ID in on your post.商用利用が目的の場合は必ずご相談ください。ご依頼いただいたイラストの納品完了後に商用利用の用途ができた場合は必ずご連絡ください。

ピッチ補正、リズム補正、ご要望に合わせた各種エフェクトを使ってMIXさせていただきます。
音源の受け渡しはファイル転送サービスを使用してください。こだわりのファイル転送サービスがなければギガファイル便での受け渡しをお願いします。
Phone recordings are ok. I mix using pitch and timing correction, as well as various other effects. Please send audio files using a file transfer service (if you don't have a preferred file transfer service, please use GigaFile (https://gigafile.nu/)).注意事項 (T&Cs)：
SNSアプリや動画サイト等に投稿する際は、MIXのクレジットとして概要欄やコメントやリプ欄に私の名前と本垢のX（旧ツイッター）のIDまたはリンクのご記載をして頂けると大変ありがたいです。
If posting on social media or video sites, please give me credit for mixing by including my name and link or ID of my main X(Twitter) account.MIXのサンプルとしてご依頼者様のMIX完了音源を使用させていただく場合がございます。サンプルとして使用されないことをご希望のご依頼者様は必ずご依頼希望のDMに明記してください。
I may use your final mixed audio as a commission sample. Please let me know at the time of commissioning if you would not like it to be used.ご提出いただいた音源の音質によってはご依頼をお断りさせていただく可能性がございます。
If I feel that I cannot work with the audio quality of the recording, please understand that I have the right to turn down your commission.お渡しいただく音源の音質によって私が公開しているサンプル通りの音源にならない可能性がございます。ご了承ください。
Depending on the quality of the recorded audio, please understand that the final mix may not have exactly the same quality as my mixing samples.
'Commercial use' definition
商用利用の定義付け
ここに記載してある個人利用・商用利用の定義は私の提出物や作品等にだけ有効なものであり、他の方の作品にこちらの定義を押し付けることはおやめ下さい。
The definitions outlined below are my own personal definitions of commercial vs. personal use, and are intended to apply to my works only. Please do not force other people to conform to these definitions.ここに明記していないことで私の作品を使用したい場合や、何か不明瞭な点がございましたらお気軽にご相談のご連絡ください！
If you would like to commission me for a use not outlined below or for something you are unsure of, feel free to discuss with me through DM!
「個人利用」は基本的に、自分だけで楽しむ使用法のことを指します。（例：携帯等の端末の待ち受にする、部屋に飾る）
Personal use: Using the piece for yourself to enjoy on your own. (e.g. using it as a phone wallpaper, displaying it in your room)「商用利用」は基本的に、不特定多数の目に入る所での使用または金銭が発生する使用のことを指します。（例：SNSアプリや動画サイト等での使用や投稿をする、グッズ等を制作したり販売したりする）
Commercial use: Using in a place where a large number of people are able to view it, or using it to make some form of profit. (e.g. Uploading it on social media, video sites etc., creating and selling merchandise from the piece)
